A word of advice

We need a bright screen for our devices when we are against intense ambient light, such as the sun. However, keeping the brightest or dimmest display setting all the time is not advisable as well.

In both scenarios, you can strain your eyes. In fact, this could be one of the reasons behind Apple enabling Dark Mode in iOS 13. While we hope the tech giant soon incorporates a similar feature in our Apple Watches. For now, let’s keep our watches at optimal brightness.
