Apple announced macOS Ventura, the successor to macOS Monterey, and released a Developer Beta for the same at its WWDC keynote event on 6 June 2022. I must admit that macOS Ventura is filled to the brim with features, like the Continuity Camera feature, which lets you use your iPhone as a camera attached to your Mac, Handoff, Desk View, and more.

Some features of macOS Ventura seem quite out of the world, especially Desk View. This feature simultaneously captures your face and a top-down shot of your table. It’s an unreal feature, and I’m having difficulty believing how it produced the output displayed at WWDC. Guess we will have to wait to get our hands on it and check its accuracy.
Moreover, System Preferences is now renamed to System Settings. The appearance of the settings menu is now similar to iOS. However, it still feels cluttered. I was hoping for a better-organized System setting UI!
Stage Manager is another feature that makes your Mac multitasking better than ever. You can switch between apps easily, and you can also create different workspaces. Handoff, another excellent feature, makes its way to macOS Ventura. You can move the call to another Apple device like the iPad or Mac without disconnecting the call whenever you’re on FaceTime call.
And for privacy, Apple has introduced Passkeys. A two-factor password authenticator works better than all third-party services available in the market.
